Q: IT'S BEEN [A WEEK, A MONTH, ETC.] WHERE IS MY ORDER?

A: I understand your worries, ordering online from independent businesses can be daunting. But, please understand I am an independent business run entirely by myself. I pack, assemble, ship, every item and order myself. The higher my order volume, the longer it'll take for me to get through all of them. I have physical and mental health issues that can also sometimes make me take longer than usual.

A majority of my items tend to be preorders. Preorders will always take at least 1 months to be manufactured.

Non-preorders may take some time, too. I do not handle orders as they are placed, I handle them in batches. This is easiest for me. Depending on the volume of orders, yours may take time to get to.

My processing time should be around 1-2 months to get through all existing orders.

THIS IS JUST AN ESTIMATE. It may take more or less time depending on many factors (order volume, health, IRL, etc.). Please, be patient.


Q: MY ORDER SHIPPED BUT NEVER ARRIVED. WHAT HAPPENED?

A: Most likely, your package was lost in the mail or is being held up in customs.

If the former is the case, please email me at [email protected] and we can figure out what happened and what to do!

I WILL NOT REFUND FOR LOST PACKAGES. I am not liable to do so. However, I am willing to discuss replacing lost items, but I am not liable to pay for a replacement shipping fee, especially for international.

If your package is stuck in customs, it is out of my control. Please contact the appropiate services to retrieve your package. If you need me to provide any sort of information regarding the tracking on my end, contact me at [email protected]. I'll do what I can to help!

Please note that for any international fees outside the US, I am not liable to cover these.

Customs fees and taxes lie solely on the buyer.


Q: MY COUNTRY CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: Currently, if your country cannot receive shipments from the USA, please get a friend or proxy service in a country that can ship to yours to be the receiving address.

For instance, Russia/Ukraine/Belarus orders can be sent to EU/UK and then sent to Rus/Ukr/Bel! 

So the would go from USA > EU/UK > RUS/UKR/BEL!

Official proxy services I am not aware of any to recommend at this time. It is likely safest to utilize a friend/online mutual in a middleman country.

So long as your country is available to receive packages from the US, I will ship to it!


Q: CAN I GET A REFUND/RETURN?

A: I do not accept refunds or returns on orders, except for in particular circumstances, such as:
  • You wish to cancel and refund your order immediately after ordering (within 48 hours).
  • I have to cancel and refund your order/part of your order on my end.
